Paris Prynkiewicz is podcast host of “Live Well Bipolar,” professional speaker for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Bipolar Wellness Coach and best-selling author of, “Crooked Illness: Lessons From Inside & Outside Hospital Walls.” Paris has made it her mission to use her story to teach others how to SHATTER stigma and OVERCOME their obstacles to begin to CRAFT the life they have always wanted to live! Paris has experienced life with bipolar from the most unique perspective. She went from struggling at 19 after receiving a diagnosis of bipolar 1 disorder while hospitalized.... to returning to work at that same place to help others and share what works.
