Lexy is the host & creator of the Peace of Me podcast (the show to help you focus on peace, positivity and finding balance to live your best life).  After spending years in radio and recording studios, podcasting seemed like a natural fit to share tips, ideas and mindset shifts with listeners around the world.  Lexy is passionate about opening up the mental health conversation and supporting others to uncover their triggers, traumas and passions.  Now working in healthcare and the fitness industry, helping others live their best life has become a priority for her.  Lexy loves to connect with her listeners and welcomes all to the Peace of Me community.

Ways to Engage: Lexy is a huge fan of journaling and uses it as a tool to record her thoughts, emotions, or whatever is on her mind. Try journaling for a few days or even a week and see if this is an effective route for your journey. Write about what you’re feeling, what tasks you have to complete for the day, or whatever comes up when you start writing.
